"This is the most unprofessional insurance experience I have ever had. Way too much bait and switch. Initially, told my policy was going up slightly (and it was very small), because their team entered my name incorrectly. Okay, I'll give you that one. But now, my bill is going up over $90/month because they didn't consider our daughter in evaluating our umbrella policy. I literally asked over and over, are you sure you have our daughter, to which I was told yes. Here nor there, I guess after a couple of months I am back in the market for coverage."
